8.Q: What if I have worn my shoes? Can I still return them?

A: No.We cannot take back worn shoes, as we will not be able to resell them. If worn shoes are sent back to us they will be shipped back to you at your expense. All shoes asking for return should be in new condition,including package.

10. Q: How can I get my order shipped to a different address than my billing address?
